Matching Numbered Editions

Many of our book sales are of signed, limited & numbered books. Any customer who purchases a numbered book and retains it has the right on publication day to request the matching number of any additional book in a series when it becomes available for sale. That right expires if the customer sells or passes on the book to a third party. The new owner of the book then has the right to purchase from us any future matching books in the series. All rights to purchase future books must be excersised on the publication day by purchasing the new title and clearly communicating at time of purchase the need to match numbers. All rights expire after publication day of any sequel.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Unless prior agreement has been made, books will not be shipped until payment has been received.

We accept payments through PayPal. Payment through Paypal is to be carried out at the time of placing orders. Without payment, your order is not guaranteed. 

We accept cheques from British bank accounts, drawn in Pound Sterling (GBP). If paying by Cheque (UK bank accounts only), payment is to be received within 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. This can be extended if prior arrangement is made.


Delivery Schedule

We will process your order within 3 working days. Delivery times are outside of our control, but for UK deliveries, you can expect to receive you book within 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri) for First Class Recorded Delivery.

Overseas delivery is also subject to customs clearance procedures and your local postal service delivery schedule. Airmail delivery can normally be expected within 7-9 working days. 



1. Damages & Faulty Goods We will refund the costs of your purchase including the postage element, if the book/ goods are not as described, or if they are damaged in the post. We will also pay for your return postage costs. We will not refund any costs if the damage has been caused AFTER delivery, for whatever reason.

2. Items lost in the post It very rarely happens, and in nearly all cases packages have in fact not been collected by the recipient at their local mail depot or post office (SO PLEASE CHECK WITH THEM FIRST). All of our mail is sent out with a return address clearly displayed so items WILL be returned to us after a given period of time if they have not been collected after attempted delivery. We will not consider any claim for loss until a period of 6 weeks has elapsed in the UK, or 3 months in the case of any overseas destination. This is to allow the carrier time to return the goods.

3. Your right to change your mind If you notify us straight away, we will cancel any order before shipping and refund all of your money. If you change your mind after the goods have been dispatched, then we will ONLY refund the cost of the goods on safe return if within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund any postage and packing costs. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SOLD.

Please let us know as soon as you receive your goods if you intend to return them for any reason. We will always try to sort out any problem within a reasonable time.

Postage and Packing Charges (Within the UK) 

Within the UK, your purchase will be posted to you either by First Class or DHL. Our charges (including packaging) are calculated according to the weight of the book plus it's value. We use sturdy and secure froms of packaging and the charge for this packaging is included with our postage charges. At checkout the different postage options will be presented to you, the computer will then calculate the postage charge.

Under normal circumstances, first class will be adequate. (We recommend the use of Courier (tracked) for books of higher value. 

If you have purchase multiple copies, we will send by DHL.

These costs are subject to change should Royal Mail or courier prices increase.


Postage and Packing Charges (OUTSIDE OF THE UK)

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS - Your purchase will be posted to you by Royal Mail (Tracked) or courier for heavier orders. The couriers we use are DHL, UPS and Fedex.
